Why I started Ingrain

Golf has been part of my life since I was young. I played for several years as a teenager, stepped away from the game, and picked it up again a few years ago. Coming back to golf gave me a new appreciation for what makes it so special.

I love the challenge, but I also value the lessons golf teaches you. Every round brings different conditions like wind, slopes, difficult lies, and pressure. You quickly learn that you cannot control everything. You can only prepare, adapt, and focus on the next shot. Golf has taught me a lot about patience, resilience, and staying composed when things don't go as planned.

At the same time, golf can be intimidating. There is a lot to learn, and the costs add up quickly. Equipment, range balls, tee times, and coaching can make it difficult for new golfers to get started and improve.

I created Ingrain to make golf more accessible. The goal is to give golfers clear and practical guidance that helps them understand the game, make better use of their time, and build confidence.

Golf can be complex, but learning and improving doesn't have to feel overwhelming. I hope Ingrain helps more people discover what makes the game so rewarding.
